Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. If any goods are faulty we will exchange the item for the same product. The goods must be unworn and in brand new condition. 

Please contact us via the FAQ - Contact tab, with your order number, a photo of the item, and a clear description of the fault. We will send you a postage-paid label to return the item. You must package the item securely, and all original packaging must be returned with the item.

All sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

Please note we cannot accept returns for any reason other than if it is faulty within 14 days from the dispatch date.
